Would change our mind Sudden strategy pivots or public political endorsements tied to portfolio themes.
Not a diagnosis. Nobody here has examined Ray, and no clinical term appears in this section. This is an interpretation of public behaviour by people who are not their doctor. We publish it because when this much power sits with one person, what drives them stops being a private matter — not to excuse anything, and not to explain it away.

Named by others
Dalio named as a proposed interview subject in a 2014 email to Epstein about a Harvard poetry project
2014 · House Oversight Committee release of Epstein estate documents (Nov. 2025) — 2014 email from Elisa New to Jeffrey Epstein re: 'Poetry in America' funding proposal
In the email cache released by Republicans on the House Oversight Committee in November 2025 (documents produced from the Epstein estate to Congress), Harvard English professor Elisa F. New — the wife of former Harvard president Lawrence Summers — corresponded with Jeffrey Epstein about her "Poetry in America" television and digital project. The Harvard Crimson reports that in a 2014 thread, a proposal outlined a $500,000 contribution from Epstein to support production costs and expand the project's reach, and that the planned funding "would underwrite interviews with prominent figures — including Bill Clinton, Richard Dawkins, and Ray Dalio." Dalio is named in the document only as a prospective interview subject for the project. The retrieved reporting does not describe any email from Dalio, any correspondence between Dalio and Epstein, any indication that Dalio was aware of the proposal, or that any such interview took place; it also does not state whether the proposed contribution was ever made. Being named as a prospective subject in a third party's funding proposal is not evidence of any relationship with Epstein or of any wrongdoing.
